You can cancel any order, item or delivery on the “Order details” page by tapping/clicking on the relevant items in the Orders tab.
Before your item is packed
If your delivery status is “Processing” or “Confirmed”, you can use the “Cancel items” button and the applicable refund will be processed immediately.
After your item is packed
If your delivery status is “Packed”, “Shipping”, ”Out for delivery” or “Pending pick up”, you can not cancel your order.
