At zomo, you can return purchased items within 15 days of delivery.
Step 1: Log in to your zomo account and go to “Orders”.
Step 2: Click on “Return”
Step 3: Provide a reason for the return to help us understand the issue.
Step 4: Upload images
Step 5: Review your information and submit your return request.
Step 6: Once your return is accepted. we will share a shipping label.
Step 7: Print shipping label and dispatch your product from respective shipping company.
