2. Change of Mind Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Refunds will be issued once the item is received and evaluated.

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1.  Initiate a return request in the support section of the website within 15 days of delivery.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed to your wallet or original payment method.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear after the returned item is received and inspected.
