Returns require notification before acceptance.
Refunds may take 5 – 7 business days after processing.
Valid reasons to return an item:
- Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
- Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
- Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/colour, fake item, or expired)
- Delivered product is does not match product description or picture (i.e product not as advertised)
- Delivered product does not fit. (i.e. size is unsuitable)

Electronics and Mobiles: Original packaging required, no signs of use.
Beauty and Health: Certain products ineligible; unused items only.
Fashion: Unused, unworn, with intact tags and packaging.
Home & Kitchen: Furniture and large appliances not eligible.
Sports & Outdoors: Unused, original packaging required.
Toys & Games: Some items non-returnable; unused items only.
Baby Products: Hygiene and feeding items non-returnable.
Grocery: Non-returnable.
Automotive: Original packaging required, unused items only.
Tools & Home Improvement: Original packaging required, unused items only.
Books: Unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Pet Supplies: Unused, original packaging required.

Zomo reserves the right to reject returns not meeting guidelines.
Customers may not receive a refund if the product is ineligible.
Failed delivery attempts may result in liquidation if not claimed within 3 days
