- Rainbow Passion® Special Effect Paint is a premium quality decorative paint that is used to create fashionable and elegant walls with pearlescent finish. It is formulated to be used on all kinds of masonry, concrete, wooden, and gypsum surfaces. The product is water-based and can be diluteable by water to produce eye-catching decorative metallic effects. The product is highly washable and retains its original colour without blackening.
